After much request, I have formulated a tea for women in peri and menopause.

Something to bring comfort where discomforts like hot flashes, agitation, irritability, brain fog and more can become common. 

My suggestion is 16oz each day brewed hot but drank at any temperature after a long infusion of about 30 minutes. 

Take-a-Pause Tea

  • Motherwort, Dandelion Leaf, Elder Flower, Oatstraw, Sage, Chickweed, Lemon Balm, Red Raspberry Leaf
