The InHara Workshop

JPR_181017-9022.jpg

A workshop for WOMEN

to reconnect to the creative center, come together and talk freely and openly about topics about their health and their body,  specifically within the pelvis. The intention is to lift the veil of shame so deep emotional and physical healing can commence.

The Word Hara stands for soft abdomen in Japanese.

The InHara Practice is a system of movement and dialog for women to reconnect with the most primal portion of her body, her pelvis.

During this workshop, women will move with the specific sequence of exercises to connect with, tone, and invigorate the center of the body

from the abdominals to the pelvic floor.

Dialog will cover topics like incontinence, sexual & birth trauma, postpartum recovery, pain/discomfort during sex and more in relation to pelvic health.

Immediate results have been: a stronger center and lift to a sagging pelvic floor.

Long term results have included the re-lifting of prolapsed pelvic organs, vibrant sexual health, greater knowledge and confidence in your body,

and a renewal of the upward fountain of creative drive.

The work is powerful and is for all women at any stage of her life.

All Workshops include a full color manual and 5 videos of the exercises.

"The InHara Practice was a life-changer. I was able to identify specific things I was struggling with postpartum and follow a plan to strengthen my core and overall wellbeing. I learned so much about myself and female anatomy. It is refreshing to have an open conversation about topics that don’t often get discussed in today’s society."   Terri, Needham
"(I am) Well past child bearing age but very much interested in maintaining a strong pelvic core, I found Marissa's Inhara Workshop totally enlightening. I keep practicing because it continues to energize me."    Therese, Wellesley
